What is the price for a facilitated game?
$29.95/attendee.
Minimum order qty is for 25 people.
How does the escape room work virtually?
We recommend using the video conferencing platform of your choice. From there you will use breakout rooms to separate into teams of 4-5 people.
One TEAM CAPTAIN from each team will enter the code into the game site and share their screen with the rest of the team. Then it’s time to take on Treasure Mountain!
How many ACCESS codes do I need for my group?
We recommend 4-5 people per team. Each team will need their own access code to play the game.
DOES MY CODE EXPIRE?
NO! Play whenever you would like! The code is only good for ONE USE however, so please be sure not to enter it until you are ready to play.
We have a large group, how many people can join an event?
Our Zoom account allows us to have up to 1,500 attendees in a single event.
Our recommendation however is to have no more than 12 people on each team. With a maximum of 50 breakout rooms, that is 600 people per event.
We can run multiple events at one time if you have a large group.
What is the secret password?
The unique ACCESS CODE sent to you upon purchase.

CAN I PLAY IMMEDIATELY AFTER I PURCHASE CODES?
YES! The code will be sent to you once you purchase. The code is only good for ONE USE however, so please be sure not to enter it until you are ready to play!
What is the difference between a facilitated and non-facilitated game?
We get this one a lot.
Self Run Game: When you purchase a self-run game (access codes) you will get an email after purchase with The Game Link and Unique Access Codes. You then run the game entirely on your own.
Facilitated Game: These are lively, fun and awesome facilitated events run by our team. We take care of everything from scheduling with your team, providing flyers and managing and executing the event. We can use our ZOOM account or yours or any other preferred video conferencing platform of your choosing.
